These terms govern the use of the Vayako application. By using the application, you accept these terms.
Vayako, published by Julien Casino, Avinguda del Ensegur, Casa C7, Bloc 2, Arans, AD300 Ordino, Andorra, NRT F370721G, is a travel planner assisted by artificial intelligence: a conversational concierge that offers day-by-day itineraries enriched with real places.
Vayako collects your preferences through a conversation, then generates itineraries and allows you to modify them. Place information comes from open sources: Overture Maps, Foursquare, Wikidata, Wikivoyage and OurAirports.
Itineraries, times, distances and suggestions are provided for guidance only. It is your responsibility to check opening hours, access conditions and safety instructions before setting out.
An account is created automatically in order to save your activity. You may delete it at any time from Profile → Delete my account, which permanently erases your data.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. The price, the duration, automatic renewal until cancellation and the cancellation arrangements are indicated before any purchase.
Management and cancellation of the subscription take place through the subscription settings of your App Store account (Profile → Manage my subscription).
The Vayako brand, its design and its original content are protected. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive right to use the application.
Vayako makes every effort to provide useful information but does not guarantee the accuracy or the availability of place information originating from third parties. We cannot be held liable for travel decisions taken on the basis of the suggestions.
The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, accessible from Profile → Privacy & data.
These terms are governed by Andorran law, the publisher’s place of establishment. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action is brought; you may contact us at [email protected].
